Может и мне кто подскажет.Сестра живет в Англии,дочь хочет поехать к ней на каникулах в институте.Может сестра выступить спонсором поездки(она гражданка,имеет свой дом,и официально работает)И какие шансы получить визу?
1. Может, вы должны приложить 3 свидетельства о рождении:
ваше, сестры и вашей дочери. С переводами.
2. Необходимо также спонсорское письмо
3. Financial documents showing that you have sufficient funds available.
where a third party (who is either in the UK or who will be legally in the UK at
the time of your visit) is providing financial support to you e.g. a business, a
friend or a relative, documents to show they have sufficient resources to
support you in addition to themselves and any dependant family should be

т.е. нужна выписка со счета спонсора, показываюшая движение средств.

При аккуратном оформлении документов, вероятность достаточно высока.
). Если у вас что-то типа вида на жительство во Франции, то возможно вам можно делать это прямо из Франции. Тут надо уточнять по ситуации.
