If you must know, I graduated from two schools of higher education in the US. I have a pretty good command of written, as well as spoken English. In a couple of courses that I took, some of my essays were kept by the professors as examples of a good writing. Sometimes I make minor mistakes in punctuation, but my spelling is way above average even for a native English speaker. Suck it up, baby, and learn

Well, it was just the same way as yours: at school and mostly by myself, then one course with "English First". That's it. In any case I think your English is more developed than mine. So, it's not cooler than your level.

This is an incorrect usage of this word. You should have written "dictionary". "Vocabulary" - at least in the spoken American English, which you are trying to imitate, has a meaning of "словарный запас".

This sentence also contains another error. One cannot compare TALKING to READING. This is how you could have written:

"Or you just think that people WRITE the same way as it is written in an English school dictionary?"

Even then it would not be entirely correct though, because a dictionary does not provide guidelines for a good writing - that is what English language textbooks are for. Thus one can only get a correct SPELLING from the dictionary, but not to learn how to construct a sentence.

This word is used in both meanings, depending on a situation. If it is a hospital X-ray department, then "a chest X-ray" would mean an X-ray of "грудная клетка", if it is "a breast X-ray", it would mean an X-ray of "одной груди" - женской. In the context of a casual conversation it can mean either one. Just like I wrote, if you want to compliment a woman on her breasts in a polite way, you can say "you have a nice chest". However, I would be very cautious to say that for obvious reasons

Ok . You can say ,"this guy has a strong chest , he can bench press 400 lb" or You can say," the patient has a cut on his chest" . When You are talking about a woman, You say breast .
