Some years ago I visited the speakinkg club. In Korolenko`s Library. Well, actually... Many years ago))))) Is anyone was in this club? It was really usefull. The speakers were native speakers from USA.

I really don't know, is it better when speaker is native? I mean, what he use lot of different words, and people, who don't know english at all (like me) may be hard to understand him.

The speakers represented a church. But topics of discussions weren`t about religion anyway

I didn`t know about their church at first really

I really don't know, is it better when speaker is native? I mean, what he use lot of different words, and people, who don't know english at all (like me) may be hard to understand him.

At first I didn`t understand anything but then it become easier to understand them better but it wasn`t for beginners I suppose.

Maybe you are right but I went to this club for two years and we had just one discussion about religion.

As i say, i don't know english at all.
