You managed risk here, but we’re talking 155 shells and a lot of weapons that wouldn’t be used in a fight against China. Has there been discussion that why don’t we just put out 4 billion of PDAs on the assumption we’re going to get funding eventually if not soon?

Well, again, we can say that we’re going to get funding eventually, but we’ve been ringing the alarm bell since October and so we’re already into February. The two-year anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is coming up at the end of the week. We don’t know when we’re going to get the funding and we’re going to continue the discussions that are having right now at the secretary’s level across the interagency is we need Congress to give us a supplemental. That’s what’s being discussed.

Пункт 11 рішення Синоду РумПЦ (29.02.24): "благословення, заохочення та підтримка ініціатив румунських православних громад в Україні щодо відновлення спілкування з Матір’ю-Церквою, Румунським Патріархатом, через їх юридичну організацію в релігійній структурі під назвою Румунська Православна Церква України".
Румунський вікаріат у складі ПЦУ (про що самі румуни просили у 2019 р. як "дзеркальне відображення стану українських віруючих у Румунії") їм раптово перестав подобатися.
Відтак фактично йдеться про спробу ламання нинішнього канонічного устрою, притаманного православ'ю. Про це вже давно мріє Московська церква, роблячи атаки на Олександрійський патріархат. Але регулярно отримує звідти "канонічний відлуп".
Тому є підозра, що московські агенти впливу провокують керівництво РумПЦ до невиважених кроків, з тим, щоб згодом розв'язати собі руки і творити канонічну вакханалію по всьому світові. "Керований хаос" - це їхня *******тська сутність.
