4000-5000 words I will can learn for year it is 20-25 word in day - it is real. but 20000 impassible ...

I think you shouldn't think about how many words you learn a day. Just listen, read, speak and write as much as possible. Those words which you need and use often - you will remember. For sure. If you're working hard to learn some words, which you're not gonna use in the near future - it's just wasting time and nothing more. The same **** with grammar as well. As for me, I think the grammar is so boooooooring thing, and I don't really care about it. Do I make mistakes? Sure. Everybody does. But I don't give a ****, to be honest.
