Hi, people! Its nice to write and read here on the forum, but how can i improve my pronouns? I had no language practice for a looong time, so i cannot speak well

nice write and read doesn't mean speak well,
you can have practice with your family, also with customer in your company.

most of the people visit english courses in IT companies, and I am not sure that it is effective. (exactly for me ). Also you should to know, that usually customer haven't super good english right or no, it does not matter, main that you can understand each other

I got it. but when im not sure in my correct pronounsing or grammar, im so shy to speak. and another one my problem: I cannot understend what someone said me, so its more comfortable for me to read that to listen.
