In most cases verb + to + verb and verb + gerund are the same. There are some exceptions in this rule.

I would like to know the right translation of the next sentences:
1) I kissed her.- Я поцеловал ее.
2) I did kiss her.- Я же поцеловал ее.
3) I have kissed her. - Я поцеловал ее.
What is the difference from 1 and 2 sentences?

You mean how to say "drop cigarette" in other words? I thing both ways will be correct. Pete stopped smoking when supervisor had come in. Or Pete stopped to smoke...
