If you have Russian citizenship, please take note of the following information. Managers, please also forward this message to any of your Fellows that you think needs this information.
Last week, we were informed that the Federal Migration Service (FMS) of Russia has been publishing some instructions for citizens of Russia that might require you to notify the FMS if residing abroad. We do not know whether this concerns all of our Fellows with Russian citizenship but to avoid missing any deadlines, we would kindly ask you to check these instructions to see if you need to take any actions from your behalf.
Official information as well as more detailed instructions can be at the moment found in Russian:
