Зарубежные трекеры vs. torrents.ru

Если качать из Харькова Укртелекомовским ОГО, то выходит, что с русского torrents.ru почти всегда скорость - максимальная (около 1 МБ/сек, максимум для ОГО-8). Если качать с зарубежных трекеров (с тех же пиратов, или мининовы) - намного ниже 40-200 Кб/сек в среднем.

Сейчас нет возможности проверить, но у кого в Харькове другой провайдер, ситуация подобна моей, или нет? Т.е., есть ли смысл ковырять какие-то настройки, искать что-то на данную тему?

если вспомнить, что с трекера ты не скачиваешь ничего, а скачиваешь с пользователей, подключенных к тому трекеру...

у меня скорость одинаковая,откуда ни качай. провайдер - триолан

да вам же сказали - пахую, просто на торрентс.ру сидит дохуя УТшников)

ТС - когда чёто будет в следующий раз качать - прицелься в список сидов и пробегись по нему, в обеих вариантах желательно, там почти во всех торрент-клиентах сразу и айпи и страна и ещё некоторая инфа есть

это понятно, что качаю не с самих трекеров. Речь о том, что на зарубежных трекерах и люди, в основном, зарубежные.

а в абсолютных единицах? А то, пока у меня был пакет 512 Кбит - разницы тоже не замечал.

да, я в курсе. С torrents.ru - в основном из России люди, хотя, есть и из США.

Я почему задался вопросом. Возникла версия, что это зарубежные провайдеры как-то "давят" трафик торрента.

давят-не давят - не знаю. Но каким-то образом мониторят - это точно. Просто отцитирую "из переписки".....
