You can just say "You're right", and skip this 'miss/madam' part. I think it's only oficial letters where you need to use lady's title. But bingo, they invented universal title "Mrs"! So it's polite enough for pre- and post-married ladies.

By the way, it's not quite correct to ever say "you are right" because we all are right in some sense. Who are you to judge my rightness, and decide if I right or not. I think it could be even a sort of offence in some circumstances. And it will be lame in all cases.

In russian, it might be OK to say - "Borys you are not right", but not in English. Maybe past liter of vodka split on two, but definitely not earlier.
