Green Iguana
15 ml tequila
30 ml melon liqueur
60 ml sweet and sour mix
Shake. Strain into cocktail glass with a salt rim.
Chocotini
50 ml vanilla flavored vodka
25 ml creme de cacao white
Shake. Strain into cocktail glass with a chocolate-sauce rim.
American Beauty
15 ml brandy
15 ml dry vermouth
15 ml fresh orange juice
15 ml grenadine
1 dash creme de menthe white
30 ml port wine
Shake all without port. Strain into cocktail glass, top with a port.
Grasshopper
25 ml creme de menthe green
25 ml creme de cacao white
25 ml cream
Shake. Strain into cocktail glass.
Hurricane (by Dale DeGroff)
30 ml dark rum
30 ml light rum
15 ml Galliano
20 ml fresh lime juice
30 ml passion fruit syrup
45 ml fresh orange juice
45 ml pineapple juice
1 dash Angostura bitter
Shake. Strain over ice into hurricane glass. Garnish with tropical fruit.
Electric Blue Margarita
20 ml Cointreau
20 ml silver tequila
10 ml peach schnapps
10 ml blue curacao
80 ml sweet and sour mix
Shake. Strain over crushed ice into margarita glass.
Bacardi Special
40 ml white rum Bacardi
15 ml gin
20 ml fresh lime juice
1 drop grenadine
1/2 tsp sugar
Shake. Strain into coctail glass with a sugar rim.
Tequila Sunrise
10 ml grenadine
10 ml creme de cassis
splash soda
fill the orange juice
30 ml reposado tequila
Shake grenadine, creme de cassis, soda and strain over ice into collins glass. Add orange juice
and float tequila on the top. Garnish with a "flag".
San Francisco Highball
40 ml vodka
20 creme de banane
150 ml fresh orange juice
dash of grenadine
Shake. Strain over ice into highball glass, garnish with a "flag".
Dry Martini
60 ml gin
8 ml dry vermouth
Stir. Strain into frosted cocktail glass, spray with lemon zest, garnish with three olives.
Milky Way Martini
40 ml Dooley's Toffee Liqueur
20 ml chocolate liqueur
10 ml vodka
Shake. Strain into cocktail glass with a maraschino cherry on the rim.
Manhattan Special
50 ml canadian whisky
20 ml sweet vermouth
1 tsp Campari
Stir with ice. Strain into cocktail glass, garnish with a maraschino cherry.
