-- Mailing checks or money orders
-- Paying through bank-to-bank transfers
-- Paying by "topping off" a seller's prepaid credit or debit card
-- Paying using online or other payment methods not specifically listed above

If your seller is unwilling to accept an approved payment method then we would suggest not continuing with the transaction. You could ask the seller if they'll cancel the transaction. Sellers are normally accommodating to these types of requests as their fees can be credited and they can list the item again, but it is ultimately at their discretion whether they wish to cancel the purchase or not. Here's how to request the seller's contact information:
1. Click the "Advanced search" link at the top of the eBay home page.
2. In the "Members" section on the left side of the page, click "Find contact information."
3. Enter the seller's user ID and the item number.
4. Click the "Search" button.
When you talk to the seller, you can remind them that they can get a credit for their listing fees. If the seller agrees, the seller needs to open a case in the Resolution Center and choose the option to cancel the transaction. This means the seller gets a final value fee credit, and you won't get an unpaid item recorded on your account. When a case is opened, you'll receive an email asking you to confirm that you've agreed to cancel the transaction. If your seller is unwilling to cancel the transaction then they may open an unpaid item case against you. Normally, we would require payment be made in order to close an unpaid item case or in order to remove an unpaid item strike but we are able to be more accommodating in this scenario. As we can see that your seller isn't willing to accept an approved payment method we would be able to make sure that your account isn't negatively impacted by this transaction. If this happens, please e-mail eBay once the case closes, and we will remove the strike from your account.

вот таков ответ ebay, ничего они покрывать кроме paypal и еще там какихто методов оплаты не собираются . что далье посоветуете делать , я уже отписал ему , что кроме палки другими методами платить не собираюсь . пусть присылает отказ ?
