Marilyn reveled in her new life as a New Yorker.
Her favorite thing to do was explore museums, the parks, and zoos.
She often disguised herself using sunglasses, a hair scarf, big coats,
and went makeup free.
This usually worked, but sometimes, she said,
“people recognize me in the museums, but they seem to leave me alone there.
They don’t come up to me unless their children.”
