Personaly I use eMule for that. Though the language is not always clear (sometimes there is "EN" or other signature in the name, but not always). Many movies come in spanish or italian. And sometimes (but not often) the movie downloaded is not even that that's named! Other known problem is that not all files can be successfully downloaded till the end.

To avoid these problems, I usually start downloading all found (by name) movies, except those that are shurely in different language. And after some of them are completed, I choose those that are the best. :) Or, otherwise, continue the others.

So, you need good connection for this approach. But, the plus is that almost any movie can be found there. ;)

Any lockal network can provide you with gigabites of movies the kind you want. Subtitles you can find here http://www.mysubtitles.com/ I've come to using russian subtitles with the english sound track. Otherwise you rather read then listen.
IMHO If you are not going to the US tomorrow and does not have to survive in native speakers environment, work with aulobooks. It gives more vocabulary.

It is a bad Idea. According to rules there are only russian-language films. You should use:

You're not right. There are many films in english on torrents.ru or with subtitles. Actually there is even special section for such movies.
